Share your OMICS knowledge!

The X-omics festival 2026 will host poster sessions at the conference venue. Researchers are encouraged to submit a poster abstract.

Participants will have time to check out the posters during the breaks of the festival. In addition, we offer the possibility to pitch your poster in a plenary session. The best poster will be rewarded with an award in the closure session of the X-omics festival!

Planning

• Poster abstract submission deadline – March 16 2026, 12:00h.

• Notification of selection – March 30 2026

Abstract

Submit an abstract in Word format, using max 500 words. You can upload your abstract directly during registration or add information regarding your abstract submission later. Please provide us with the following information:

• Author(s)

• Title

• Institution

• Submission topic (Genomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics, Data analysis, integration and stewardship or multi-omics)

• Keywords

You can indicate your interest and submit an abstract via the registration system. Registration will open soon.

Notification of acceptance

All abstracts will be reviewed before selecting posters for display at the event. You will be notified about the selection on March 30, via mail.

Poster guideline

You are supposed to bring the printed version of the poster with you, size A0, portrait orientation.

If you are selected to pitch your poster, we ask you to send us a 1-slide presentation via info@X-omics.nl no later than April 10 2026.
